Privacy Policy

Visabal ("Visabal", "we", "us") is an AI growth platform that helps businesses plan, create, publish and verify marketing work. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.

Account data. When you sign in (via Google), we receive your name, email address and avatar to create and secure your Visabal account.

Project data. Information you add about your businesses and websites (URLs, brand details, keywords, goals) and the content Visabal generates for you (articles, social posts, images, reports).

Connected-service credentials. When you connect third-party services (for example WordPress, Buffer, Stripe, RevenueCat, Google services), we store the credentials or OAuth tokens needed to act on your behalf. These are encrypted at rest and are never shown to your browser or to other users.

Usage data. Basic operational logs (timestamps, feature usage, errors) used to run and improve the service.

Visabal only uses a connected service to do the work you configured — for example publishing an article to your WordPress site, or creating and scheduling social posts through your Buffer account on the channels you assign to a project. We request the minimum permissions needed for those actions and never use your connections for anything else.

You can disconnect any service at any time from your Visabal settings, and you can additionally revoke Visabal's access from the third-party service itself (for example from your Buffer or Google account settings). Disconnecting stops all related activity immediately.

To provide the service we work with a small number of processors:

• Google — sign-in and, where connected, Search Console / Analytics data
• Stripe — payment processing (we never store card numbers)
• Buffer — social media scheduling and publishing, where you connect it
• AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) — content generation; prompts contain only the project context needed for the task
• Infrastructure and email delivery providers used to host and operate Visabal

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never share one customer's data, connections or content with another customer.
• We never post or publish anything outside the projects and channels you configured.
• We never expose stored credentials or tokens to the browser.

Data is stored on secured infrastructure. Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to what the platform needs to operate your account. We keep your data for as long as your account is active; if you delete your account, associated personal data and stored credentials are deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may disconnect third-party services or delete projects and their content whenever you wish.
